Start New Project

To request a project, fill out the form below. Please be aware that it may take several days for your request to be processed. Please also note the following requirements:

• Projects must be related to Mozilla (this includes Firefox, Thunderbird and Seamonkey) in some way.
• Projects that are search engine plugins should use the Mycroft contribution form.
• Projects can not use ‘zilla’ in their name due to a potential trademark conflict. Using ‘moz’, ‘fire’ or ‘fox’ is acceptable.
• Projects that are similar to an existing project are discouraged. Please consider contributing to that project instead of creating a new one.
