I'm assuming this is a little window that pops up only when "Remember Password"
is selected.  If that is what you are talking about then it is something that
is part of Firefox.  

Firefox has a "Master Password" that it uses to encrypt and secure all the
stored passwords including the one stored by the extension.

It can be changed by going in to the Firefox options menu and clicking on the
privacy button and then going to the passwords tab.  Click the button "Change
Master Password.." to set a "personal security password".

If one is already set than you need to enter it.
