Great news! Thanks.

The original wbmp code is rather old, I'd tend to think that there
were changes in the trunk since then but this is just an idea.

Could you please explain which tools you used to compile the wbmp xpi
and provide other newbie friendly information? Actually, a little
how-to for compiling would be nice, if you have time for. Maybe I
could try to compile it for Firefox 2 since it's the last compatible
release with Windows 98/Me. And of course, I'm under Millennium.

Hmmm... ;) Given that I'm a fan of SeaMonkey and that SeaMonkey is
also compatible with Windows 95, if there's a solution to try I'd
gladly volunteer to test.
Moreover, even if you're under Windows XP, you can't use wbmp along
with wmlbrowser yet. AFAIK the latter wouldn't work with Gran
Paradiso. I played with the install.rdf file to force Firefox/Gran
Paradiso compatibility, but when I try to install I get an error
message complaining about the install script.
