I keep forgetting to do something about this. Sorry about that.

It initialises when the window is created. So if you do 'Customise
Toolbar' and then drag the icon onto the toolbar, it's not set. Is that
what you mean? If so, I'll probably just leave that, unless I have any
inspirations about a good way to fix it.
