[Wmlbrowser] wmlbrowser 0.7.0 released

wmlbrowser 0.7.0 has been released. This features the following 
improvements:

     *  Simplification of how files containing   are dealt with - 
no more need to download DTD files

     * Turkish language version, thanks to deadsmile

     * Help files using the built-in help viewer

     * (Firefox only) Improved toolbar icon (mobile phone icon replaces 
a letter "W")

     * Some minor bug fixes

The first change is probably the most significant. Since Firefox 1.5, 
some users have been seeing a failure to load many WML files, even 
though their system appeared to be set up correctly. This change makes 
it unnecessary to download the DTD files.

There may be some "teething trouble" with this change though, so feel 
free to mail this list with any problematic URLs.

Firefox users who installed the extension from wmlbrowser.mozdev.org 
will be able to upgrade using the automatic update facility.
