[wikipedia.mozdev] User defined wiki "software files"

So far, the Toolbar looks great, and I can't wait until it's closer
to a 1.0 release. However, on your website you write:

"You may change the name to anything you want, while the URL should
be correct. However, if this "Wiki" does not have a "software file"
with Wikipedia Toolbar, the style buttons will be disabled. Click
here to request that your Wiki type get a software formating page."

Sadly, no such link exists. What is involved in having such a file
generated? Is it something one might do on their own? If so, how?
Perhaps more to the point, it seems odd that since the Toolbar
supports MediaWiki installations on the whole, that a "customized"
file would be necessary on a per site basis. Don't all MediaWiki
installations use (generally) the same Wiki-markup/text?

Also, as an aside, the right-click option for adding a user wiki to
the Toolbar doesn't appear to work (at least not in FF 1.5.0.7 on OS
X 10.4.8). The dialogue box appears (just as when adding sites
through the Preference panel), but the data never appears to be
"stored" by the Toolbar.
