[wikipedia.mozdev] Alpha Version 2!

Updated the Polish DTD

but when I tried to repack the xpi file (above 0.8.0 Alpha-2), then the 
same parsing error still screams at me. I thought I did something wrong, 
but when I replaced it with English file it was OK. Really strange... 
Maybe it is something with the encoding, but UTF-8 was working before - 
right?

PS: I can't really test the rest with this error present :(.
