[wikipedia.mozdev] Bug with Wikipedia toolbar in Mozilla Suite

	In the mozilla Suite (1.7.6?) the toolbar items don't appear in the 
toolbar, so they won't hide.  Naturally I consider this bad :).  

	Fix: move the opening <toolbar> tag above the opening 
<toolbarpalette>.  I haven't the foggiest whether this works in Firefox (this 
is my first XUL experience), but it fixes that bug for Mozilla Suite.  

	Another, more serious bug is that, since installing Wikipedia toolbar, 
when you open Preferences in Mozilla Suite, it comes up blank the first time, 
and refuses to open after that.  But I also have googlebar and Preferential 
installed.  I don't know whose fault it is.
