[wikipedia.mozdev] Bug report & how to surpress toolbar when not on wiki sites?

Hi!
I've installed the Wikipedia toolbar extension v.
0.6.0.7 (German localization), but I can't quite
figure out how it works.

I want it only to appear when I'm either on
de.wikipedia.de, en.wikipedia.de or another
mediawiki-driven wiki (doku.wordpress.de). And I want
the toolbar only to appear while being logged in, if
possible.
How do I do that?

Also, I've got a "designer bug" here:
I'm using the Smoke theme (http://www.spuler.us/ ).

When opening the settings dialogue for the extension,
on the "user" register, under the section
"MediaWikis", the "headlines"/wiki names next to the +
signs cannot be seen unless selected. (Child level
entries are shown correctly, however.) 

This is - as you can imagine - rather unpleasant... ;)
Mainly, because all you see at the beginning is a big
white box with a couple of plus signs on the left-hand
border...

That is because the text is in white, as is the
background. Selecting the title gives a temporary blue
background, so everything is fine then. I'll send a
screenshot on request. :)
