I guess never - there is very little traffic on the list and it seems 
even fewer work is invested to the tool itself. There haven't been any 
posts by the autor here to solve problems or to introduce bugfixes etc.

After I fixed the last bug myself I decided to uninstall the toolbar 
completely.
