[Vimperator] How do I select text?

Hi!

Is there a way to select text in my browser like in vim in visual mode, in
order to copy it?
I'm sure I've seen it in a changelog, but maybe I misunderstood.

Also, shift+i is great for escaping all keys, but is there a hack to escape
the keys everytime for a given url?
