[Vimperator] Flock Support

I would love to see this work well with Flock.  Some things that don't work:

* Location bar (when showing) gets 'stuck'
* Hovering links refuse to show in bar, regardless of ssli setting
* Sometimes new tabs open on wrong side of current tab
* ctrl+tab and ctrl+ins do not work predictably
