[Vimperator] <C-i> in Windows

Usually setting editor to "gvim.exe -f" should help. But I think, the
actual problem is, that a recent firefox nightly broke ctrl-i;

That was already the problem some weeks ago, so i'll just wait again
before doing any vimperator changes in this regard.
