[Vimperator] Problem with Carretmode

Hello everyone,

I just upgraded to FF 3 Beta and the new vimperator branch (I've been
using it with FF2 for months) and I'm really blown away, thanks a lot
for the hard work. I especially like the new hint system!!

I noticed one bug though: When pressing i to go into carret mode and
then / to search for something, the old firefox searchbox opens, but
it's not functional. It seems the carret mode bindings are dropped,
and the normal mode bindings are used instead. Also, if I just press /
in carret mode and then <ESC>, then I'm back in normal mode, and if I
press i again, I get back into carret mode, but without visible cursor
(I know I'm in carret mode, because it says so in the command line and
because visual mode works).

Carret mode would also be more convenient for me, if the cursor was
more visible. For example like a box cursor, that encompasses the
whole symbol it is before. Is that possible?

Thanks a lot again, vimperator has been the best firefox extension for
a long time.
