[Vimperator] Back, Fwd, Reload buttons and menus no longer available

Issue is not known, but often this has to do with conflicting add-ons or
sometimes with special settings for session-saving.

If you have other add-ons than try to disable them please, or look into
the firefox error console, and see if there is a problematic error.

Since development has focused on vimperator for firefox3, i fear, this
bug can't be fixed, if it does not also appear there :(
