[Vimperator] Back, Fwd, Reload buttons and menus no longer available

Hi,

THANKS!!! For vimperator - I really appreciate it.

I've been using vimperator 0.5.3 quite successfully (with guioptions+=mT always set).

However, today my buttons for Forward, Back and Reload no longer are active (they're always gray). So, too, are the equivalent menu choices: View > Reload, History > Back, and History > Forward. All of them are greyed out.

However, these functions are still operational via both the firefox keystroke and vimperator keystroke. For example, both 'H' and Alt-left-arrow send me back to the previous page.

Disabling vimperator and restarting firefox resolves the problem. 

Is this a known issue? Is there a workaround?
