[Vimperator] "added noscript plugin"

Double check the names of the files. And yes, try another plugin.
Did you make your .vimperatorrc by yourself or did you copy it from
someone else? In that cas, see if mapleader has been modified. Do you
run last version of vimperator, which is 1.1?
