Would be possible to rip the feature from TMP to Vimperator,
Vimperator doesn't support it at the moment. There's a problem with
that though, because the TMP developers haven't given out any license
information, so can't use the code from TMP, would need to re-invent
the wheel.
I don't think it's enough to disable ctrl-tab from Vimperator, as
vimperator doesn't forward keys to normal firefox. Does ctrl-tab work
the TMP way under ctrl-v and/or ctrl-q mode? If so, you can map
ctrl-tab on vimp to <C-v><C-tab>.
