[Vimperator] Feature request: escape mode pages

Dear Vimperator team,
first and foremost, thank you for your genious extension!

I'd love a feature for setting some pages to allways be in escape mode, since they behave a bit like vimperator itself. 
Bloglines and google reader for example use [j] [k] for navigating between posts, and I think gmail has shortcut commands also.
