[Vimperator] How to change encoding ....

Hi,

I wonder if there is some way to change the encoding of the page.
Sometimes it happens to me that some web page does not provide a valid
encoding and is incorrectly displayed.  How do I change this encoding
without resorting to :set guioptions+=m and selecting a correct one
from View/Character Encoding/ menu?

In my case it is a question of iso-8859-2 vs. cp-1250 (from M$),
usually web pages give encoding in the headers but sometimes they do
not and I have to change it to match the actual encoding used.  Again,
is there a way to change this without resorting to the menu (I like
the vimperator layout without menu and toolbar)?
