[Vimperator] Exit without saving session

I think, there are two solutions:

a) we add a new "homepage" option with whcih you can easily set your
homepage, probably default "about:blank", and
noresumesession (i think "resumesession" is better than saveonexit)
would always start with the homepage, which can either be blank or
whatever you prefer as your homepage.

b) we add an "onstartup" option which can be: 
1.) "blank"
2.) "homepage"
3.) "lastpage"
4.) "session" (default)

What does the mailing list reader prefer? I am rather for solution a)
because it looks cleaner to me, and I don't think that b)3.) "lastpage"
is really used often, but well, if you think otherwise, i am happy to
accept both solutions, whatever you prefer.

No, that's the only place with would be needed to be changed (apart from
options.js and locale/en-US/options.txt and an entry in the NEWS file.
