[Vimperator] Switch between online/offline mode

Hi, all

I would like to make a feature request for using commands or options to
switch between online/offline modes. This feature is useful when somebody
has his menubar hidden.

You may ask 'Why do I need to switch between online/offline modes
frequently'? I didn't do this frequently until recent. It seems there is
something wrong with Fx 3 on Debian (lanny). Very often (in fact, always), I
cannot successfully terminate Firefox 3 pre beta3. After restart, the crash
reporter appeared and Fx 3 would be switched to offline mode and opened the
last session. Because I have menubar hidden, I have to do ':set
guioptions+=m' and click "Work offline" on Files menu. And do ':set
guioptions-=m'. It then occurs to me that having commands or options to
switch between the online/offline modes would be very useful under this
situation.

My personal suggestion for implementing this is:

set online
set offline

or

:online
:offline
