[Vimperator] Configurable hints for vimperator 0.6

This patch only makes parts of the vimperator 0.6 system configurable by
setting options in the vimperatorrc. The old numerical hints are still
not available by only setting an option. You still need to copy the
'char-hints.js' in your '$HOME/.vimperator/plugin' directory.
