[Vimperator] ctrl-i on textarea does not invoke gvim -f

The problem should now be fixed, it really was a one liner. It however
blocks firefox now, but that's not our problem, that's really due to
some firefox changes recently. But well, still much better than no
ctrl-i working at all.
