[Vimperator] ctrl-i on textarea does not invoke gvim -f

Hello,

I was not sure if it was proper form to cc this list in the bugzilla
system, so I'm sending a separate email asking for help.

I recently upgraded from some older 0.6pre to the latest and found
that ctrl-i inside textarea doesn't work anymore.  It just flashes the
field yellow a couple of times and that's it.

To eliminate my setup (FF3 B4) being the problem, I tried older
versions in a loose "binary search" and found that the latest one that
works correctly for me is the 2008/02/29 one, and the first one that
doesn't work is the one built the next day (2008/03/01).

Has anyone else seen this problem?
