[Vimperator] Vimperator "hangs" in hint mode

There's a pretty easy workaround for this. Press :<esc>, the hints are still
showing. Now press f<esc>, and voila! Everything is back to normal. :D

I'll crosspost this to bugzilla aswell, they don't have the f<esc> part.
