Not yet easily, until we have proper :setlocal and maybe :maplocal, for
now, you need to write a ~/.vimperator/plugin/*.vimp plugin yourself
which adds user maps for all commands and check if the current url is
part of gmail. So, it's doable, but really easy/elegant.
