[Vimperator] Vimperator and gmail.

Maybe some kind of easy/well documented way to disable arbitrary keys
on arbitrary sites that could go in a persons .vimperatorrc might be a
neat thing. Almost like plugins for specific sites ...

> If you are using gmail and vimperator, its almost certain that you would have 'I'ed the vimperator. But having escapes for individual apps is not a good idea. You require for reader, groups then. Better is 'I' only. Quite a handy feature.
