[Vimperator] some suggestions for the F1 'vimperator help' document...

1. the usage ':tabN[ext]' for "previous tab" is hardly intuitive. Yes,
I understand that 'N' is sort of akin to the search in vim, but how
about just using ':tabN', and leaving the ':tabNext' out? this way,
it's at least not as confusing, for somebody new to vimperator, and
reading the vimperator help for the first time.

2. put in information on the mailing list into the help. "The mailing
list" is mentioned, in the help text for :wqa, but you don't get any
idea of where the mailing list is without having to go back to the
vimperator home page, and clicking on 'mailing list'...
