Note that <C-W> is different to <C-w> in Vimperator mappings.

As a start you can have a look at the Error Console output for
messages prefixed with "vimperator:" and see how far it gets i.e. you
should see a number of messages starting with "vimperator:
Initializing vimperator..." and ending, prematurely, in an error.
