[Vimperator] Patch: improved frame focus

Since the current frame focus implementation simply flashes a changed
background color change it doesn't do a very good job when contained
items set their own.  I've been browsing a lot of API documentation
lately and have found sticking a semi-transparent DIV over the entire
frame to be a better solution.
