[Vimperator] Extension dependencies

My thoughts about this is (like I did with the hints), that all those
useful extensions (like splitBrowser) should be natively integrated
into vimperator.

Until that's the case, you'll just have to install the extension
manually, and add a :command split SplitBrowser.split() or something
like this to the .vimperatorrc (once it's working again).
