Jup, that really just is a quick hack, but :help hel should also jump to
the ":help" tag, not only ":help h", ":help help", and ":help :help"

Thanks :) But I am still amazed about vim's help, that's the best
documented software I have ever seen (and also quickly accessible with
the great :help <foo> matching).
