[Vimperator] Patch: :tabmove command

Here's a quick patch to add :tabmove.  This also improves my previous
(Day 1 with XUL patch for :tabonly) ;-)

I've also changed the tokenize_ex regexp to remove trailing whitespace
from args - hopefully I'm not missing something.
