[Vimperator] Problem finding links on XHTML pages

Could be.  The reason I suspected the Content-Type (as well as the page
type the web server is using) that is that my web site has a mix of
text/xhtml_xml and text/html pages.  The pages that are HTML work just
fine with vimperator, but those that are text/xhtml_xml don't.
