[Vimperator] BUGS: ^v flakyness / STOP button / (Reload button)

Hi,

1. ^v status 'escape next key' is not
removed from vim 'command line display'

2. sometimes ^v doesn't seem to be working from
normal mode. It needs a few esc's to resync/work
again. (main problem is printing the page:
^v^p is kind of sucks, having to add esc's to
    make it work is WORSE).

3. button problems:

What's the deal with reload button greyed out?
I've seen it documented, but why couldn't it be 'faked'
to work as a pure icon even if it's hotkey fails to work?
Both prev/next in history and secure login buttons still
    work.

Just tested: the Stop-loading button also fails to work.

(Both also fail in --Escape all keys-- mode too.)

OT: If there's one: Can you point me to the rationale for
the known greyed-out reload button issue (url, ml message date
    maybe source)?

cu
Peter
