[Vimperator] Several (FA)Questions ;-)

Hi there!
I just learned of your project today and I can't find something as FAQs or a wiki etc.
I've got a few questions:
How can I make my own key bindings? For example i want to bind J and K to switching forward and backward in tabs.
I read somewhere of a toolbar of vimperator, how can I show it?
I just switched from conkeror, i am missing a feature where you executed the open command, but instead of typing a webadress you typed a shortcut:
:open google keyword
and it opened google with the keyword, i used that for wikipedia, dictionaries, etc...
How does it work, that when a shortcut is named HA it doesn't go back a page? Is H=go backward disabeld in shortcut mode? In conkeror there were numbers used instead of CAPS, what worked as well. Can I tell vimperator that when I press a shortcut in shortcut mode, that it will visit it without me pressing return? That would be on key less pressed.
I hope my questions are not too enervating, thanks for your work, vimperator seems very sympathical to me.
