[Vimperator] Switching between tabs

Here's an example of a technique for switching between tabs in a pretty
efficient manner, using only the keyboard of course.

Maybe something to look into? Using the home-row keys for instantly choosing
a tab would obviously be more effective than numbers. It's also highly
probable that you can steal source code from this project. :D
