[Vimperator] The 0.6 quickhints mode

Patches are welcomed for this, but i will just add the patch, if:
a) it isn't too long (~100-200 lines maybe)
b) doesn't make the code much harder to read, as i need to maintain things afterwards when something like that is added.

If that can't be achieved, things like hints could also easily be exchanged by a ~/.vimperator/plugin/oldhints.vimp plugin, which would just override the "f" mapping. The problem then how to get keys _inside_ the new (=old) "f" mode, but i am sure, we could find a solution for this.

PS: I *think* it would be possible to just exchange the numbers part with some random characters, when a certain option is on, but i will definitly not do it myself. But as I said, patches welcome.
