[Vimperator] Keyboard based text selection

Yeah, I tried the visual bell, because I am a fool for the keyboard, and when I'm doing what selection I can with the keyboard, the beep fires every time I use Ctrl+Left etc - so visual bell was even more obnoxious as my screen would go black (or if I tweaked it, blank). I think I could work just fine without the beep in any of the cases it would fire. If there are others that feel the same, it might be a good idea to allow users to turn if off completely etc.
