[Vimperator] can't select URL in 0.5

This had some annoying, to me at least, focus demands.  ie. you had to
tab through it when cycling focus with <Tab>/<S-Tab>.

If there was enough demand it could be restored (at least optionally)
and as Martin also used it in the past I suspect it has a pretty good
chance of happening sooner rather than later. :)
