I fixed this in CVS, now if a 2nd keyword has the name of a first one,
it has a number at the end, so:
wikipedia would be the english wikipedia,
and
wikipedia1 the french one.
This is not perfect, but Firefox 3 gives a gui to set individual
aliases for search engines, so you could change that easily there.
