[Vimperator] Ideas and itches

That is what I use in connection with "B" (=":buffers"). Also I
assigned h and l to tabprev and tabnext since I find that I switch
tabs more often than scroll horizontally. With this binding it really
comes in handy that "B" shows which tab is active.
I like that setup a lot.
