I ended up turning the toolbar back on because I use more than one
search engine, and I prefer to go Ctrl-K, Alt-Down to choose the
engine. Also, I have some custom toolbar buttons.

'' should move you back to the previous mark.

Ctrl-W seems to have lost its Firefox behavior of moving you back to
the previously-selected tab after deleting the current tab; instead it
moves you to the rightmost tab.

The RSS feed button in the address bar no longer works.
