[Urss] Help, please

Hello, I'm not sure if this is the right way of ask for support; but I
was unable to find other contact in the project site.
I have installed the urss plug in on a friend's computer by mistake
and now I want to uninstall it; but it does not appear in the
extensions panel. There's a manual way of do it? an uninstaller
perhaps?

Any help would be highly appreciated.
