It takes up too much real estate. 

How can I resize it or move it onto a toolbar? 

Can you make the "This page is not protected" a
click-able item which would bring up the "what does it
mean" (you have a spelling error - it should be "mean"
not "means") and "suspect fraud" buttons in a pop-up,
when needed?
