[TagZilla] Is news.mozdev.org a reachable server?

I can't even figure out what I clicked to spawn an 'account' in Mozilla 
Thunderbird to news.mozdev.org which spawned an entry for 
public.mozdev.tagzilla

I can't figure out how to connect to this news server from Thunderbird 
or if it exists. I made an account on 
https://www.mozdev.org/mailman/listinfo/tagzilla for this email address 
but I don't know how this helps me post to this newsgroup.

Mainly I was interested in asking when tagzilla will be updated for 
Firefox 3.

Is there anyone out there? Help!
