[TagZilla] Problems with Tagzilla 0.066, Seamonkey and german Language

Well, TagZilla has never had that feature.  I'd be very surprised if the 
old account code works for identities, since that code predates the 
concept of identities in Thunderbird.  But if it does work, that's even 
better.
