Yes, Andreas, do you? :-) 

Just a "meto" here, sorry. So far, I seen only on weekly recurring
events.

In particular, one even changes start time Nov. 4 - maybe relates to
Daylight Savings in the US, but then why not affect the event on Oct.
28th?
