[Synckolab] Sync Kolab crashed Thunderbird

Hi igor,
I don't know, but you could try renaming your profile folder and see if 
it starts up then. Also check out the .js file if there are any more 
entries pointing/using synckolab. It definitely sounds weird, especially 
since you deleted all synckolab folders....
